Rachel LaMar, J.D.
Mrs. LaMar practiced as a civil and real estate law attorney for several years, and her legal research earned her awards and won cases that went up before the State Supreme Court. She started working as a real estate agent in 2002 and became a top producer for a large corporate firm. In 2005 she moved to a small boutique agency and currently practices as a broker for that firm. She volunteers her time to speak for the San Diego Department of Health and Human Services in their Adoption Department, is a volunteer at a local elementary school and has written a novel.

Cheryl Holmes
Ms. Holmes has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years, and has owned her own real estate company for 7 years. As a Broker/Owner, she has an excellent reputation in her industry for professionalism and ethics. She has worked with generations of families, investors and builder clients. In her career, she has experienced several down/recessionary real estate markets and is able to fully understand the difficulties and different options for people that come with the most difficult times.
